PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Wednesdays, Feb 1 - Mar 8, 3:15pm - 5pm in the school's gymnasium. This session focuses on improving running endurance and overall fitness through games, sprinting, and pacing. Leadership workshops address building confidence, creating healthy friendships, exploring women in the workforce, and becoming social activists. Registration includes participation in the Run for the Luck of It 5k on March 11.

Open to Franklin Elementary students. Cost $160.

Mondays, Jan 30 - Mar 6, 4:30pm - 6pm indoors at the YMCA of Missoula. This session focuses on improving running endurance and overall fitness through games, sprinting, and pacing. Leadership workshops address building confidence, creating healthy friendships, exploring women in the workforce, and becoming social activists. Registration includes participation in the Run for the Luck of It 5k on March 11.

Open to all schools including homeschool. Cost $160.
